Aspen grocers Roxy and Mike Lawler are expanding to Big Sky with the opening of Roxy's, a full-service grocery store that is currently under construction in Big Sky's Town Center. The 17,000 square foot space is modeled after their Aspen store and aims to highlight local products as well as the normal grocery staples. Given the difficulty of construction in winter, the store plans to have a soft opening in fall 2014 and hopes to be fully operational by December 2014. [Lone Peak Lookout]
