A mere six months after picking up this Miami Beach condo for $2.1M, embattled Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez hopes to flip it for $3.2M, which should prove easier than successfully suing the MLB for "destroying his reputation, ruining his endorsement deals and making it impossible for him to finish his Yankees contract" in the wake of the doping scandal that got him suspended for 211 games. Clearing a mere million on the place won't amount to much for the highest-paid player in baseball, especially after taxes and broker fees, as well as hiring designer Briggs Edward Solomon to redo the interior, but when you're out of the game you have to take your successful plays where you can get them. Situated in the Mel Building, smack-dab in the middle of Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row, the ultra-luxe condo features wraparound balconies, a by-the-book white-and-black design scheme, and a hallway of Warhol prints not to be confused with A-Rod's actual collection. Back in May, the unscrupulous slugger unloaded a much heftier chunk of Miami real estate for $30M.
