While the fireplaces, decks, pools, hot tubs, and private bowling alley look nice, the best amenity is the ski-in/ski-out location. Owners are part of the "First Tracks" program which gives them access to skiing on the mountain before it opens to the public. Fresh tracks on a pow day? Priceless.
