Chris Brown Lists His Tricked-Out L.A. Pad for $1.92M

New, 2 comments

In a bit of news that's sure to delight everyone who lives nearby, R&B star and ridiculously bad neighbor Chris Brown has just listed his Hollywood Hills home for $1.92M. The controversial star, whose West Hollywood condo is also for sale, originally bought the three-bedroom, 2,473-square-foot abode back in October of 2011 for $1.55M, though he's apparently since grown weary of the Jay Vanos-designed pad. Still, the three-story house boasts sleek, modern interiors, a glassy double-height living room, a green roof, and even an elevator. And for those with a taste for (literally) flashy amenities like a saltwater pool and spa, waterfall, and sand pit—all wired with an LED light show extravagant enough to, well, severely piss off the neighborhood—this just might be the man-boy mansion to splurge on now that Brown is (maybe) moving the party to Malibu. By all means, do take a look:
