Competition is fierce in the sub-$300K market on Cape Cod with approximately two gazillion 950 single-families and condos on the market. While that certainly makes for plenty of strange, weird and terrible listing photos, wooing a buyer can be a challenge. Here are three listings hoping to move into the "sold" column with staging and/or decorating done right.
↑Kicking off with a newly renovated and recently listed 3BD, 1BA ranch in Marstons Mills. The staging, karate chopped pillows and all, makes 1,008 square footer seem far larger than it is thanks to furniture chosen to fit the space. Of course, once a sectional and big screen are added, all bets are off. Asking price is $269,900.
↑ In Yarmouth Port, this 2BD, 2BA condo "has been lovingly cared for and beautifully appointed." Alas, after hitting the market in September for $250,000, the chopper visited the meticulous, white done right spread just days ago and brought the ask down to $240,000.
