After PriceChops aplenty, Boston's Mason House, a 19th-century jewel that hit the market in March 2012, is finally in contract. Curbed Boston predicts the deal will mark the highest single-family home sale in the history of the city. Though it had originally wanted $17.9M, the 14,850-square-foot mansion had last been listed at $14.995M. No word on closing price yet. [Curbed Boston]
