Right up against the border of Monaco, this stunning 5,381-square-foot villa in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, is pretty much a must-buy for those who can afford the $15M price tag. Originally built in 1897 by Danish architect Georg Tersling, the Tiffany-blue-shuttered home underwent some major renovations in 2001, but managed to hold on to what the brokerbabble calls its "expression of the charm of the 19th century." Indeed, the five-bedroom manse definitely looks rather well-preserved and regal, decked out in heavy drapes, chandeliers, and ornate moldings—though without crossing all the way over into faux Versailles-style madness. Also worth noting are the super-high ceilings, which the brokerbabble boldly promises will "seduce lovers of volumes." Perhaps most, uh, seductive of all, though, is the luxurious pool area, complete with a pool house, sauna, and—duh, this is the South of France— a cabana bar.
