After what must feel like a very long three years and nine months, singer Sheryl Crow still can't rustle up a buyer for her Tennessee ranch in College Grove. Indeed, the Grammy Award-winner first listed Cross Creek Farm in March 2010 for $7.5M, only to PriceChop the cost by a whopping 40 percent the very next year—asking just $4.5M in May 2011 and proving that the first cut is, indeed, the deepest (sorry).
This week, the home officially relisted for $3.85M, a full $3.65M less than the original ask. So what's wrong with the property? Nothing, as far as the (grainy) listing photos show. The 10,433-square-foot equestrian estate looks rather lovely, and boast 51 acres and a 14-stall horse barn. While the interiors are slightly dull, Zillow Blog speculates that the real reason the place isn't selling is that the ask is still "on the high end for College Grove homes." Keep in mind, the star also has her hands full selling her Elle Decor-featured home in L.A. Too bad she's not having as much luck in the real estate game as ex-beau Lance Armstrong.
