Telluride, a popular ski town in Colorado, is struggling with where to put drunks because the resort town has no detox center. The San Miguel County Jail is 20 minutes away and not always a good fit for the innocent intoxicated and the Telluride Medical Center isn't equipped to take them with only five emergency-room beds.
