Homeowners in New Jersey are selling Coldwell Banker and their listing agents for allegedly sabotaging their home sale so they can continue to have a place for their "sexual escapades." Gawker writes that, instead of showing the home (listed above market value) to buyers, the realtors "showed themselves—on camera—at least 10 times in a two-year period."
