Telluride Hotel Will Hit Market in 2014 for at least $126 Million

Ring in the New Year by buying Telluride's Hotel Madeline, which will hit the market in 2014 for at least $126 million. The 96-room, 11 suites, and 17 condo luxury hotel opened in Mountain Village in 2009 but fell into foreclosure due to the recession. The current owner, Ektornet US, Inc, bought the property with the goal of revamping and selling the facility. No price has been set for the property, but in 2011 bids started at $126 million and sources close to the project predict it will list for more. If any potential billionaires out there want a slice of the Telluride high country, the property also comes with the region's first Starbucks, so that's a plus.
