It's time once again for Curbed Comparisons, where we break down what you can get at the same price point, style or size in five different Cape and Islands neighborhoods. This week, listings with home theaters.

(↑) We begin in Osterville with a 4BR, 5BA located close to the Village and Dowses Beach. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, open living/dining rooms and a master suite. Upstairs, there are two en suite bedrooms plus an office. The walkout lower level has, "a sixteen ft. granite wet bar, an elegant wine cellar & state-of-the art home theater." There's also a convenient bedroom and bath, perfect for Pats fan who try to drown their sorrows at the bar, in the wine cellar, or both. First listed in August 2009 for $2.195M, the ask has gone up and down, finally settling at the current $1.285M.

(↑) This Centerville "Village Dream" with 4BR, 3.5BA has been featured in Cape Cod Magazine. Listed for $1.545M, the 4,232 sq. ft. residence is amenity-packed on the first and second levels. We don't know if the Liberace white piano comes with the crib, but downstairs, "Show stopping amenities include a professional wine cellar and seven seat home theater with reclining leather chairs."

(↑) We'll let the brokerbabble for this 7BR, 5BA in Truro do the explaining:

(↑) This Cummaquid 5BR, 3.5BA Colonial was built in 1992 and features a wood burning fireplace in the family room, formal living and dining rooms, central air, and hardwood floors. For our purposes, "The finished lower level features a small home theater and great space for a home gym or child's play room." Yours for $569K.

(↑) Over in Chatham we find a 3,700 sq. ft. 3BR, 5BA with views of the Atlantic. The property first hit the market in April 2009 for $3.195M. Three-plus years and four pricechops later, the asking price is down to $2.1M. Located in Chatham Village, "Sandpiper" features a finished lower level with a mahogany bar, exercise room and "a family room with media package."
