A group of local developers recently bought the old North Valley Hospital property in Whitefish and are thinking of converting it into a four-year college. The 12-acre site went for $6.4 million to an Arizona group back in 2007. Developers are currently exploring the possibilities of making it a new campus for Montana State or another state university or community college. [Whitefish Pilot]
