Two side-by-side Frank Lloyd Wright designs in Chicago have each recently endured a $200K PriceChop. Though both were completed in 1892, they're of completely different styles, perhaps because, as Curbed Chicago says, Wright "was still several years from really finding himself." The Victorian Warren McArthur House and the neoclassical George Blossom house now ask around $1.288M. [Curbed Chicago]
