The Skinny: We're sticking with Edgartown for this week's asking price guessing game. According to the listing for this harbor front property, the Ferry House was renovated in 2000 by a renowned island decorator and has since been featured in Architectural Digest. Even more impressive, "During sunrise or sunset the exquisite coloration cast off the harbor will ruminate with you for a life-time to come." Like last week's Pricespotter, it's a two week minimum rental. Any idea how much a life-time of rumination will run you per week in July or August?
