In one of the more bizarre incidents to have happened recently in Whitefish, Gregory Gonzalez, host of "A Rifleman's Journey" on the Sportsman Channel, was shot dead by the husband of a business associate. The husband, Wayne Bengston, shot Gonzalez four times and then beat his wife before leaving the scene with their 2-year old.
