Recently a squatter broke into a $6M mansion lingering on the market in Bethesda, Md., claiming ownership "on behalf of the Moorish Nation" in the name of an obscure 18th-century treaty. The Realtor was confused by the "no-trespassing sign on the property and a locksmith truck in the driveway" but admits, "I'm no lawyer, but you can kind of believe it."
