...and they will come

The Forest Service is hoping to alleviate the discrepancy between the Sun Valley area's winter and summertime trail options by adding 55 miles of non-motorized trails on Baldy Mountain and near Galena Lodge. The trails would be a mix of offerings for mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. A recent study revealed that summer trail use in Sun Valley kicks the crap out of wintertime use, 725,000 user days to winter's 460K. [Idaho Mt. Express]
