Oscar-winning screenwriter and actor Matt Damon has listed his 12,700-square-foot, customized Miami Beach mansion for $20M. Sited on two contiguous lots that Damon purchased for a combined $14.5M in 2005, the vaguely Mediterranean-style megamansion houses seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a home theater (of course), and a master bathroom "with a spalike bath and a private terrace overlooking the water." As if that wasn't enough space already, there's also a two-bedroom guest house and a pool house overlooking Biscayne Bay. If Damon achieves his asking price, it would more than offset his recent $15M purchase of the "best house" in the tony L.A. neighborhood of Pacific Palisades.
