Fun With Urban Planning

With property values declining for several years and little other tax money available, any prospects for improving Steamboat's base area have been dim. With a recent memo stating that "it can be assumed there will be little or no revenue for projects in the next 3-4 years," both the city and property owners have been accusing the other of not supporting the local redevelopment authority enough.
