The Autograph Source, The Cheese Shop, and Boden's Butter have all been asked to move or have been bought out of their first-floor location at 601 East Hopkins Avenue in Aspen in order to make room for a yet-unnamed mystery tenant, who appears to be in quite a rush to move into and renovate the 2,600 square foot space. The Autograph Source will be moving to a second-floor space near B.B.'s Kitchen in the Aspen Grove Building at 525 East Cooper Avenue, while Boden's Butter, an organic bakery, plans to strictly do business at the Aspen Saturday Market this summer, with plans beyond that unconfirmed. However, it's unclear what exactly will happen with The Cheese Shop. Owner Sarah Helsley confirmed today that she is "actively looking" for a new space in downtown Aspen, but hasn't found one yet. They reached an agreement with the landlord in early April to move out by the end of the month.
