Director and perpetually funny person Judd Apatow—Bridesmaids, Anchorman, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up—and his wife, actress Leslie Mann, just bought the Malibu bungalow that once belonged to late Pretty Woman producer Laura Ziskin, dropping $10.825M on the 1930s beachfront property. It's the latest in a long string of SoCal real estate purchases for the comedy duo; last year they bought a patch of land in Santa Monica for $8.6M, in 2009 they dropped $18.25M on a Brentwood manse, and, of course, Apatow still owns the Beverly Hills Post Office-area home he bought in 2005 for $1.656M.
Ziskin's estate hit the market last February for $10.95M, bragging a spot on Malibu's coveted Carbon "Billionaire's" Beach, plus a private courtyard and walls of glass overlooking the Pacific. In all, there's 2,550 square feet, four bedrooms, a guesthouse, and a master suite that includes a wood-burning fireplace—you know, for all those frost-bitten Malibu winters. Take a tour, above.
