The Skinny: We wrote about this Campmeeting Association cottage (or is it a micro-home?) back in July when the listing was asking $289K. The 508 sq. ft. residence with expansion possibilities had already met with the pricechopper, but that encounter was not to be the last. The renovated two bedroom, one and a half bath "located steps to town, public beaches, shops, and restaurants!" took yet another meeting with the chopper, resulting in a slimmer $279K price tag. That last slice did the trick and a buyer scooped up the "enchanting" cottage for $260K.
