Lauren Conrad, author, fashion designer, and former star of the MTV reality TV show The Hills, has just dropped $3.75M on new place in Los Angeles. The six-bedroom house was built in 1959 but recently renovated by Flipping Out's Jeff Lewis, and rather successfully, it would seem: the property last sold in 2010 for $2.27M. [TMZ]
