Naturally, the $13.5M listing checks all the luxury boxes: private, gated drive; craftsmanship and custom millwork; "a masterfully crafted chef's kitchen" (chef not included); in-ground pool with pool house; guest house; private sandy beach; "substantial" deep water dock; seven bedrooms, including two master suites (in case buyers go halfsies); and a $55,692 yearly tax bill.
When we first glanced at the listing photos, we thought there were piles of sandbags in the living room. We took a second look after a tipster sent the listing our way. It turns out that sandbag chic is not a trend -yet- and those are actually pillows awaiting stager-sanctioned placement and karate chopping. Since there's no Million Dollar Listing: Cape Cod -yet- we have no idea if a friendly broker-stager-photographer pillow fight took place, but here's hoping.
