2 Shops Still Homeless To Make Room For FirstBank

On the 17th Curbed reported on a new mystery tenant that was due to take over the first floor commercial space at 601 East Hopkins Avenue. That tenant, FirstBank, is moving in after a quicky redo in over to dip into the burgeoning success of Aspen's luxury home market, and in the process left three local Aspen businesses - The Autograph Source, Boden's Butter, and The Cheese Shop - without a home. As Curbed followed the story, only The Autograph Source had found a new location, this one at at the Aspen Grove Building on Cooper Avenue. But it's now been revealed that both Boden's Butter, who had been considering moving their business to just the Saturday farmer's market, and The Cheese Shop, which was still shopping for a new permanent location, are still both without new homes, and will only be found at the farmer's market this summer. Anybody got a spare downtown shopfront out there?
