The Journal's Off Duty section this week features some rather poetic words about powder rooms, which are all "about spoiling your guests," writes editor at large Alexa Brazilian. There would be de Gournay wallpaper, "Moroccan tea glasses with sweet-smelling clove cigarettes," and "Hermès saddle soap inside a large white clamshell I'd find on the beach," in Brazilian's fantasy half-bathroom, plus "an old-fashioned rotary phone earpiece (which plugs into any iPhone) for guests who might want to make a secret call in style."
