Awesome Mini City Was Constructed From 200,000 Legos

New, 5 comments

Mike Doyle, expert Lego Victorian-house builder, is at it again, this time with a mind-boggling miniature city he crafted from 200,000 individual pieces. Included in Doyle's Contact 1 are turrets, towers, waterfalls, and arched windows, details that consumed 600 hours of manpower. Five feet wide and six feet tall, the metropolis, named Odan, also comes with quite a backstory; head to Doyle's blog for paragraphs of stuff like this: "While there are others like us in the universe, the vast collection of sentient beings spread throughout the universe have either evolved beyond this or never had concepts as these in their culture." A detail shot, below.
