It's only the kind of lawsuit you'd hear about in a post-Amendment 64 Colorado. An Aspen women settled with her former tenant, who had been growing marijuana with her consent for a local dispensary, for leaving her family's home "in disarray." Allegedly the carpet, ceiling, window screens, and fireplace glass were all damaged, and "medical marijuana detritus" was strewn about.
