Telluride won itself some street cred from the locals when it announced that after it's had this week to shut down the mountain, it will open it back up for anyone who wants to skin or hike up this spring. Last year the resort had restricted access to the slopes after the lifts had stopped spinning. Telski's still not sure what it's going to do about pre-season access in the fall, though. [The Watch]
