Have a nomination for a jaw-dropping listing that would make a mighty fine House of the Day? Get thee to the tipline and send us your suggestions. We'd love to see what you've got.

Location: New York, N.Y.
Price: $28,900,000
The Skinny: The 1839 Greenwich Village townhouse where famed composer and conductor John Philip Sousa once lived and worked saw a multi-million dollar renovation in recent years. Last year, it returned to market for a whopping $31.5M, but failed to sell. Now the seven-level house is back, with the reduced price of $28.9M, and the same surprisingly modern, distinctly masculine interiors, installed by Clodagh Design for developer William Rainero. The "state-of-the-art" renovation includes a two-story living room, a zen garden, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a "wine tasting lounge," a full-floor master suite with giant windowed dressing room, a sauna, a roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, two indoor kitchens, and a glass-walled elevator.
