Dwelling

Newsweek's Andrew Romano recently visited the NYC apartment of 92-year-old French artist Marielle Bancou-Segal and photographed it for his personal Tumblr, noting that the interiors, designed by by famed graphic designer Alvin Lustig in 1952, have remained largely unchanged. Bancou-Segal is the second wife of Lustig's client, the late William Segal, and describes the home as "neither modern nor old. It is something very pleasant to live with. My husband was an artist. I am an artist. You can't but keep something like this." [Covenger & Kester]
