Cape Cod Dawgs; A New Chef for Pain D'Avignon; & More!

HYANNIS - Hot dawg! Four local teens, all students at Barnstable High, will be running a hot dog truck this summer at Cape Cod Beer. The new venture, called Cape Cod Dawgs, plans to locate "adjacent to the brewery's new beer garden, and will be selling traditional hot dog truck foods, including hot dogs, pretzels, chips, sodas, and walking tacos." HYANNIS - Pain D'Avignon, the bakery, café and bistro in the heart of Hyannis, is welcoming summer with a new chef. Executive Chef Matthew Tropeano will be serving up a menu of "adventurous, French-accented dishes" featuring the area's best seasonal ingredients including Duo of Chatham Cod & Lobster Risotto and Duck Confit Croquettes.
