After a little less than a year on the market, the wildly extravagant Miami home of late fashion designer Gianni Versace is now asking $75M, 60 percent of its original ask. Tied for the country's most expensive listing in June 2012, when it was asking $125M, Casa Casuarina first had its price reduced to $100M, and this week lopped off another $25M. No one is crying for the seller, however, who paid a comparatively paltry $19M for the sprawling Miami Beach mansion in 2000, and thus still stands to profit handsomely from a $75M sale.
