Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson has apparently been so busy filming The Hobbit spinoffs in faraway New Zealand that he's forgotten to combine the Tribeca penthouses he purchased back in 2008 for $17.35M. Now they're back on the market, with plans in place for a 6,100-square-foot five-bedroom duplex with 4,000-square-feet of private outdoor space. [Curbed NY]
