Usually, the word "magical" is used as a synonym for "enchanting" or "charming" or something along those lines. In this case, however, it appears to be used literally. This house is clearly occupied by some sort of sorcerer—one need only look past the table with all the candles to the terrifying face emerging from the flames in the fireplace to see that. Move in here at your own peril, because this is how horror movies start. So what if every time dusk falls the walls begin melting and a child's voice calls out from beneath the floorboards? It's in a great school district! The kids are going to love it!
Like grass, for instance. Grass would be good magical.
Does that mean the staircases move around like in Harry Potter?
Okay, will do.
