Park City's proposed "nontraditional housing" project - the Greenpark cohousing development on Main Street, is receiving good ol' traditional resistance from neighbors. Some have complained that there's not enough land for the proposed density, and that the deal between City Hall and Greenpark "smacks of collusion at the highest levels." Others are irked by the prospect of using prime Main Street real estate for the co-op, which they consider "experimental government subsidized housing." [Park Record]
