Three assorted Richard Neutra-designed units in L.A.'s Silver Lake neighborhood are on the rental market, according to a recent crop of Craigslist ads. Since Neutra is the midcentury architect du jour these days, an ad for a two-bedroom apartment asking $3,250 a month forewarns, "No looki-loos, please," and "Preference given to true Neutra fans." Then again, "true Neutra fans" would probably just build their own. [Curbed LA; previously]
