The Chef's Club at the St. Regis in Aspen just announced a new line-up of guest chefs, all of whom are former Food & Wine Best New Chef winners. Jason Franey of Canlis in Seattle, Missy Robbins of A Voce in New York City, Bryant Ng of The Spice Table in Los Angeles, and Viet Pham of Forage in Salt Lake City will all be featuring signature dishes on the menu, and will be making guest appearances starting during the Food & Wine Festival in June and continuing through May 2014.
