Since launching their much-hyped Chef's Club restaurant, the St. Regis Aspen just opened a second new in-house establishment, Trecento Quindici Decano. The Italian spot will be offering a menu by executive chef Thomas Riordan that will include all the classic pastas and pizzas along with a menu for "the little Bambino at your table" that allows picky kids to custom-make pastas with their choice of noodle shape and topping.
