It's time once again for Curbed Comparisons, where we break down what you can get at the same price point, style or size in five different Cape and Islands neighborhoods. This week, listings for $2,000,000.

? Kicking off in Hyannis with a waterfront 4BR, 3BA. Located on Hyannis Inner Harbor, this eight room residence on a .37 acre lot features an open floor plan, wood floors, waterside decks, and a private dock. The listing spent a few months in 2012 on the market with a $2,150,000 price tag and returned in March asking $1,995,000.

? Here's a Provincetown listing with 4BR, 2+BA. This 2,914 square foot "one-of-a-kind private sanctuary" with a reverse design includes a chef's kitchen, two fireplaces, a screened porch, and a carriage house. According to the brokerbabble, this property is "the largest parcel on Commercial Street in the West End." Those bragging rights will run you $1,995,000.

? Ferrying over to Nantucket, here's a 5BR, 5.5BA overlooking central moors and conservation land. Asking $1,995,000, the property is being offered fully furnished and includes a main house and guest cottage.

? Over in Cataumet, we find a 4BR, 2.5BA contemporary overlooking Buzzards Bay. The recently updated 1,993 square foot residence sits on a 1.25 acre lot in The Scraggy Neck Recreation Association and features a wraparound deck, backup generator and a private deep water mooring field. Asking price is $1,995,000.

? Finally, to the Vineyard. Located on the south shore, this Chilmark property features a 1,719 square foot 3BR, 2BA beach cottage on 5.4 acres. The Black Point listing hit the market in 2012 for $2,250,000. After a winter break and a meeting with the pricechopper, the property returned earlier this month asking $1,925,000.
