Food & Wine 2013

The Aspen Daily News was on hand for Saturday night's Best New Chef alumni charcuterie dinner at the top of Aspen Mountain for this year's Food & Wine Classic. The party was at a "level of extravagance and epicurean indulgence that would make Jay Gatsby blush," with rotisserie lamb ssam from David Chang, Cajun duckling rice bowl from New Orlean's John Besh, and wagyu ravioli with mushroom flan and pickled porcini from the Little Nell's own Robert McCormick. Is it lunch yet? [Aspen Daily News]
