Spotted today over on Curbed LA: this ginormous midcentury modern house in Santa Monica asking $12.999M for 10 bedrooms and a capacity to "fulfill your wildest dreams," or so insists the rather breathless brokerbabble. Designed by SoCal architecture power player Kenneth Lind and completed in 1969, the 10,169-square-foot spread may be a little less than awe-inspiring decor-wise, but the architectural bones—giant walls of glass, ample skylights, a gently pitched roof, and big gulps of open interior space—are stunning. Oh and let's not even start on that fireplace, which Curbed LA says is "so big you could roast a pig in it."
