The Skinny: We headed to Provincetown for this week's asking price guessing game. This three bedroom, three and a half bath with three parking spots first hit the market in 2008 for $799,000. No one bit, so the waterview penthouse listing was removed, not to return until June 2012 with a $1,025,000 price tag. An October meeting with the pricechopper brought the ask down to $999,000 and earlier this month, a second slice left the price tag at $950,000.
