Decoded: What is 'Exuding' From Listings These Days?

Welcome back to The Brokerbabble Glossary, where Curbed takes a word or phrase that shows up repeatedly in listings and deciphers its true meaning. Ideas? Hit up the tipline.

It's not entirely clear what this sentence (and/or sentence fragment) means. At first glance, it appears to be trying to convey the idea that this house is so fantastic that its eventual (and/or current) owner will be unable to conceal his or her sense of pride and will convey that sense of pride via ... decorating it with many trinkets? At second glance, it might just be a string of nonsense words. Yeah, probably nonsense words.

"Understated" is definitely the correct word here.

In the old world, they could only turn on one lamp at a time and also the concept of "staging" had yet to be invented.

In a way, that's actually sort of true.
