Can't Stop Won't Stop

Taking a page out of Woodward Copper's book, the Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club has been training freestyle athletes on the melting piles of snow left over from the Winter X Games course over at Buttermilk. On top of snow piles that are still 30 feet deep in places, skiers and snowboarders are practicing backflips and the like off of two jumps into an airbag. Public drop-in sessions are available as long as the snow lasts; info is on AVSC's website. [Aspen Business Journal]
