Here Now, 16 Spiffy and Ultra-Daring Hotel Restaurants

New, 1 comment

For the restaurant in the New Hotel, in Athens, Greece, the avant garde Campana Brothers distilled their proclivity for strange shapes, appropriated materials, and wacky proportions into a dining space that looks like a cross between a contemporary designer's living room and a stage set for a futuristic version of A Midsummer's Night Dream. Of course, the Campana Brothers' creation is but one of many innovative, futuristic hotel restaurants on this planet—think purple lighting, blobby avant garde buffets, foosball tables, and fake grass. Do check out the gallery, which is by no means exhaustive, and leave any additions in the comments.
