Paper Artist Builds Tiny Detailed Rooms Inside Electronics

New, 1 comment

Perhaps finding inspiration in the miniaturist who plunks living room replicas inside defunct electronics and the artist who crafted a replica of the famous Friends apartment completely from paper, a designer and illustrator who goes by Kevin LCK built these black-and-white paper sculptures inside paper electronics—and, yes, even the iPhone houses a half-bath. It's all a part of his Object series, which plunks rooms directly inside the gadgets usually found within, well, those rooms. Take for example, the living room inside a TV set, above, or the art studio inside a paper camera, below.

Like the work of many other paper artists, the magic is in the details: the wood grain of a coffee table, the ridiculously tiny remote control, the power outlets.
