Owners of the recently opened Kennedy-themed restaurant, The Compound Bar and Grille on Main Street in Hyannis, are blaming their liquor distributor for some tasteless cocktail names. Naturally, the liquor distributor fault the owners. "Either way, the contentious cocktail names are off the menu...Gone are "Dealey Plaza," "Pink Chanel Suit" and "Operation Aphrodite" — the name of the World War II operation in which Lt. Joseph P.
