Brendan Schulte, Executive Director of the Greater Teton Habitat For Humanity chapter, had a brilliant idea recently. Why not be able to get more green affordable housing projects built by using the projects as recertification avenues for building professionals looking to maintain their green credentials? In exchange for volunteer hours on one of the four green building projects currently under constructions, volunteers can earn one of two levels of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credits.
